I am Revaz Eristavi, Georgian and Resident of Belgium

From my childhood I was working in national theater of Georgia and circus, it was my professional job.

My father was director of Georgian national Kino studio, Opera Theater and national circus. From this all I was studying during the day and working at the evening in all above places.

In 1987 I was playing the main roll in Georgian movie “Beach hooligans” that was winning in Moscow 2 awards.

In 1990 we moved to Turkey because of my father’s new carrier in Department of tourism. He was all around the Mediterranean Sea side of turkey general Entertainment adviser.

During the summer season I was working in Entertainment team in Club Turtel Sorgun and in winter I had to go back to Georgia for continuing my study in conservatory and primary school.

1995 I started to work independently as Stage Supervisor in Hotel Defne star where we were about 39 entertainers in a team. I was already experienced in entertainment and I created my first musical show witch is called “We will Rock you”.

1996 I was invited to work in Club Robinson Lykia where I became reward for best Employee of the year.

1998 I became Mini Club Chef in Club Asteria.

I made club Asteria become the best Family holiday village by representing the High quality Mini club entertainment.

In 2000 we had over 75% same guests coming from the last 1999 season.

2001 I started to work in the Hotel Turquoise that was certified by ISO 9001 HQMS. I was assisting Entertainment manager and I was rewarded by ISO 9001 for a best Assistant of the Hotel management.

From 2002 and 2003 I was returning back to Club Asteria as Entertainment Supervisor and only where I had to Train over 150 employees During High summer Seasons.

From 2005 Me and My Entertainment manager Elodie are working on a new project of entertainment management witch is presented to European holiday villages and Hotels. Our Goal is to present Hotel Entertainment as Professional Carrier. To train employees on the high quality level and deliver to the hotel guests best service from Entertainment team.

My Abilities in General Tourism and Hotel Entertainment Department.

I was trained in Club Robinson “Lykia World” for general tourism and public relations in 1996. Moreover I was rewarded for employee of the month in July 1996 in Lykia, Best entertainer for June 1997 and again Employee of the month October 1997. My highest reward in Club Lykia World was Employee of the year in 1996 5th November.

Working in Hotel Turquoise had 2 reasons for me. One of them was Learning and working with the ISO 9001 Hotel Quality Management System, so that I had abilities to have additional trainings for tourism Department and hotel Management. My secondary goal was to ensure my knowledge of my abilities in Hotel entertainment as Trainer and as Chef assistant. At the end of the summer season I was rewarded by ISO 9001 HQMS for a best Assistant of the Hotel management.

From 2002 and beyond I am training Hotel employees with the main basics of Hotel management and Entertainment. My Goal is to bring the reputation of hotel Entertainment up to high Quality level, within to create a Company and Specialized School of Hotel Entertainment management witch will have abilities to represent Diplomas of H.E.M.S “Hotel Entertainment Management System”, Moreover this system will increase  one more step higher for each holiday village or Hotel performances.

This article will provide you my personal abilities and provided by me trainings in Entertainment team:
I am speaking fluently 5 languages: English, German, Russian, Turkish, Georgian, I also Have basic knowledge of French, Hebrew and Armenian languages.
I am professional Artist, musician compositor, cinematograph, Sound & light director and dance teacher “choreograph”.

I am entertainment team trainer in every domain including its costumes, decorations, choreographs, Sport, Guest & public Relation.

shows and Free style funny activities are essential for every of my training procedures, as well as I am teaching them this all, before the season is started and also during the high summer season We are giving additional trainings to our employees for General tourism knowledge’s etc.
